If you’re taking a break from skiing, don’t miss out on delicious local flavors from Niseko: Takahashi Dairy Farm is one of the few places in Niseko open year-round. It’s even busier in summer! In winter, the grassy fields are buried under snow, but come summer, everything turns lush and green—making it a must-visit for many travelers. Even in winter, it’s a lively favorite for locals and skiers alike. There’s something so satisfying about eating ice cream in the cold!

All the veggies and ingredients in the park come from the farm itself—fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. Especially in winter, when vegetables are hard to find, their veggie buffet is always packed! You can enjoy a great meal while gazing at Mt. Yotei right outside.

There are several shops in the park and three main dining areas:
– **Mandriano** (pizza & cheese)
– **Restaurant PRATIVO** (veggie buffet—includes a main course plus unlimited veggie buffet)
– **Milk Kobo Sweets** (cheese tart, cream puffs, yogurt, ice cream)

Each has its own fans, but my personal routine is to start with the veggie buffet, take a stroll around the grounds to digest, then go for a cream puff dessert!
