Did you like the deadlift from the last episode? This time, Coach Phil is bringing an even more fun training drill—medicine ball toss!

By standing on a BOSU ball (half-round balance trainer), you can simulate the unstable feeling of being on snow. Tossing and catching a medicine ball with a partner really helps to strengthen your muscles and improve coordination. It’s both challenging and super fun—like a game with built-in fitness!
